And twinkle on the milky way, झिलमिल करते आकाशी गंगा के पथ में
They stretch'd in never-ending line बँधे हुए वे अंतहीन रेखा में जैसे
Along the margin of a bay: साथ-साथ खाड़ी की तटरेखा के मैंने
Ten thousand saw I at a glance दस हजार को देखा एक साथ ही मैंने
Tossing their heads in sprightly dance. झूमा रहे अपने सर होकर मुदित, नाचते।
The waves beside them danced, but they लहरें उनके बाजू में नाचीं लेकिन वे
Out-did the sparkling waves in glee:-- अनदेखा करते लहरों को निज मस्ती में
A Poet could not but be gay एक कवि हो सकता नहीं और नाकारा
In such a jocund company! ऐसी अद्भुत और अलौकिक प्रिय संगति में
I gazed--and gazed--but little thought देखा रहा देखता तुक फिर मैंने सोचा
What wealth the show to me had brought; क्या निधि दृश्य अनोखा मुझ तक ले आया है।
For oft, when on my couch I lie जब फुरसत में लेटा होता हूँ मैं कोच पर
In vacant or in pensive mood, खालीपन में या चिंतन में लीन हुआ मैं
They flash upon that inward eye वे दमकते हैं मेरी अंतर्दृष्टि में
Which is the bliss of solitude; जो वरदान अकेलेपन का मैंने पाया
And then my heart with pleasure fills तब मेरा हृद प्रफुल्लता से पूर्ण भर गया
And dances with the daffodils. और उठा मैं नाच संग में डैफोडिल के।
